To give hope, a reason for living, quality of life, and a prosperous future to the less privileged and the handicapped through vocational training, special education, extramural tutoring, extracurricular activities, health services, and economic empowerment programs.

To operate a multi-purpose ministry for the socially destitute, undeserved communities, the poor and delinquent youths through community outreach programs, vocational training schools, and cottage industries to empower the beneficiaries and build social equity.

Divine Touch Community Foundation Corporation (DTCFC) is a not for profit organization with a 501 (c) 3 Tax-Exempt status. DTCFC is based in the United States of America with a global focus of reaching out to the poor, the disabled, the under-served communities and delinquent youths through a multi-purpose human services initiative.

We are building global networks and strategic alliances with other humanitarian organizations in order to enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. Our programs include:
